What is the weight capacity?

Our recommended weight limit for the Pro and Plus version is 250 lbs. The regular version is 200 lbs. Please keep in mind that you shall NEVER SIT / STAND ON FOOTSTOOL ONLY, especially on one side of it, which may cause a rollover of the chair. If you have children at home, please watch out.

What is the right desk height?

The seat height can be adjusted between 19.7 inches and 23.7 inches (50cm-60cm), so it can work with desks from 23 to 37 inches (60cm-95cm).

Does the footstool have a break?

The footstool is designed to move freely to support kinds of sitting positions. But to avoid its unnecessary movements while putting legs on, we’ve added an anti-slip component inside the connection part to add friction. So the footstool will not move unless you make it.

Will the wheels damage my floor? 

The castors we used are safe for any floor type, but if you find they aren’t working for your specific needs, you can always change them. They are universal castors with an 11mm x 22mm stem.

What shipping methods do you offer?

We dispatch your order from one of our fulfillment facilities worldwide, including Australia, Canada, China, Europe, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Because of that, we use different carriers based on which fulfillment option is more time and cost-efficient for each order. Any request for a designated carrier is not accepted.

We use the local postal service for delivery for all the non-free shipping areas, which may require you to pick it up yourself from the nearest postal office. If you don't accept postal service, please let us know in advance.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations are accepted anytime before the order is fulfilled. Any fulfilled orders cannot be canceled and will apply to our return policy.

If you change your mind and would like to cancel your order, please email us at support@pipersong.com with your order number. As long as your order has not been shipped yet, we will cancel and refund you immediately.

Can I change my address info after shipping?

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping addresses. We can not change your shipping address once a package has been shipped, and we are not liable for packages lost or returned to the sender due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If the chair you received has scratches/cuts/stains on its surface, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 3 days from when the package is delivered, and we will be happy to assist you without delay. Any damages reported afterward will not be eligible for free replacements.

What if my order gets lost?

If the order is shown as 'delivered', but you have yet to receive it, please report it to us no later than one week and contact the carrier as soon as possible. Meanwhile, please check if the package was delivered somewhere nearby. 

If the order is proven to be delivered with a signature or photo proof provided by the carrier, we are not liable for packages lost/stolen. If there is no delivery proof provided by the carrier and the package is still missing after two weeks from the delivery date, we will ship you a replacement or issue you a full refund.

Note: Any 'missing' packages reported after one week from the delivery date will not be refunded or reshipped.
