Shipping & Returns
All orders will be shipped out within 5 business days (except pre-ordering and final sale orders).
We only provide standard shipping. Any expedited shipping request is not accepted.
- For free shipping areas - US, Canada, UK, Europe and Australia, the delivery usually takes 1 to 3 weeks (except certain areas in Australia). We use FedEx, UPS or Amazon Logistics for shipping.
- For other countries/regions, the delivery time varies from 2 weeks to 3 months (1.5 month on average). We use China Post/EMS for shipping.

If you need more shipping info or do not see your country listed, please contact us here or email email@example.com with your country, city, and postal code so that we can provide you with a shipping quote.
- For US, Canada, and Australia, the product price already includes customs duty/fees.
- For UK and Europe, the product price already includes customs duty/fees. VAT will be applied at checkout.
- For other countries/regions, especially Southeast Asia, South America and Middle East, there might be customs duty/fees applied upon receipt, which you will need to cover.
Returns are only accepted within 30 days of delivery. We suggest you keep the original box and packaging materials in case you change your mind. Please note that returns without the original box will not qualify for free returns.
- Free shipping areas - US, Canada, UK, Europe, and Australia, we provide free shipping label as long as the returned product is packed as the original.
- Other countries/regions - Returns are still accepted within 30 days of delivery, but the buyer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Used/Final Sale products - Returns are not accepted.
Once we receive the product returned free of damages, we will process the full refund to you (the shipping fee is non-refundable). If the returned product was damaged during the return process including scratches/cuts/dents etc., we will charge a 20-50% restocking fee.
We provide a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery (outside of normal wear and tear and all the human factors like dyeing or staining). If any component is defective or fails within that period, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will determine a replacement or repair.
