Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

All orders will be shipped out within 5 business days (excluding pre-ordering).

We only provide standard shipping. Any expedited shipping request is not accepted.

- For free shipping areas (US, Canada, UK, Europe and Australia), it usually takes 5-10 days for delivery.

- For other countries/regions, the delivery time varies from 2 weeks to 2 months (1 month on average).

If you need more shipping info or do not see your country listed, please contact us here or email support@pipersong.com with your country, city, and postal code so that we could provide you a shipping quote.

Customs Duty/Tax

- For free shipping areas (US, Canada, UK, Europe and Australia), the product price already includes customs duty/fees and tax in US, Canada and Australia, but it does not include VAT in Europe and UK, which will be charged at checkout.

- For countries/regions outside of the free shipping areas, especially Southeast Asia, South America and Middle East, there might be customs duty/fees applied upon receipt, which you will need to cover. Please contact us in advance for confirmation.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted any time within 30 days of delivery. We suggest you keep the original packaging materials in case you change your mind. Please note that returns without the original packaging materials may be rejected. 

- For free shipping areas (US, Canada, UK, Europe, and Australia), we provide free return labels as long as the returned product could be packed as the original. 

- For other countries/regions, the return shipping is not included unless it's due to the product defection issue in which case we will be responsible for the full cost. 

Once we receive the product returned free of damages, we will process the full refund to you (the shipping fee is non-refundable). If the returned product was damaged during the return process, we will charge a 20-50% restocking fee.

Warranty

We offer 1 year warranty service from the date of purchase. If any component is defective or fails within that period, please contact us at support@pipersong.com and we will provide you a replacement solution.
